Our Criteria

At We The Leaders Foundation, we are dedicated to creating lasting impact through leadership, innovation, and skills-based volunteering. Our focus areas guide our efforts to drive transformation in agriculture, education, health, sports, and rural leadership. These criteria ensure alignment with our mission to empower communities and foster sustainable growth.

Criteria for Volunteers

We welcome individuals passionate about making a difference and bringing their expertise to our initiatives. To volunteer with us, you should:

Reside in India and have a strong commitment to community development.
Possess at least three years of experience in fields such as agriculture, education, healthcare, sports, leadership development, or other relevant areas.

Be enthusiastic about contributing to one of our focus areas:

EcoHarvest Institute: Supporting sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.
EmpowerWorks Institute: Building skills and creating livelihood opportunities.
ThriveWell Institute: Promoting health, wellness, and quality of life.
Grassroots Sports Institute: Advancing sports and physical development in communities.
Rural Leadership Forge: Developing local leaders and fostering grassroots governance.

Criteria for Partner Organizations

We collaborate with organizations committed to creating measurable public benefits. To partner with us, your organization must:

Be based in India, preferably operating in sectors aligned with our focus areas.
Demonstrate a clear commitment to impactful work in areas such as:

Sustainable agriculture (EcoHarvest Institute).
Community skill development (EmpowerWorks Institute).
Health and wellness initiatives (ThriveWell Institute).
Grassroots sports development (Grassroots Sports Institute).
Leadership and governance capacity building (Rural Leadership Forge).

Criteria for Opportunities

Opportunities with We The Leaders Foundation must empower volunteers and partners to make meaningful contributions while fostering positive and balanced experiences. Opportunities should:

Require three or more years of professional experience in relevant fields like agriculture, health, education, or leadership.
Be unpaid to align with the voluntary spirit of our mission.
Be thoughtfully designed to respect volunteers’ time, requiring no more than 15 hours per week, except for short-term assignments.
Directly support one of our foundation’s focus areas, creating measurable and lasting impact.
