Requirements
To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about improving their communication skills.
- Have a willingness to speak and interact with diverse audiences.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn.
- Can commit to the event schedule and assigned responsibilities.
- Have basic knowledge or interest in public speaking (preferred but not mandatory).
Do’s and Don’ts
Do’s:
- Be punctual, prepared, and proactive in your assigned tasks.
- Respect diverse perspectives and opinions.
- Actively participate and engage with your audience.
- Follow instructions provided by the coordinators.
- Stay open-minded and encourage a supportive environment.
Don’ts:
- Avoid dominating conversations—ensure everyone has a chance to speak.
- Do not deviate from your assigned role without coordinator approval.
- Refrain from negative or discouraging behavior during sessions.
