Requirements

Are passionate about chess and youth development

• Believe in the power of strategic thinking and lifelong learning
• Are patient, encouraging, and willing to support peer-led growth
• Can commit time regularly for sessions and learning support
• Have basic or advanced chess knowledge (training support available)

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Respect all learners
• Guide students with patience
• Be punctual, encouraging, and prepared for each session
• Be open to learning and sharing ideas

Don’ts:

• Don’t rush the learning
• Do not deviate from your role without informing coordinators
• Refrain from any behavior that disrupts the program or environment
