Requirements

To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about women empowerment through skill development.
• Have a keen interest in traditional arts and crafts.
• Are patient, committed, and eager to learn or teach.
• Can contribute time for training sessions and coordination.
• Possess basic stitching skills (preferred but not mandatory).

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Be respectful and encouraging toward all learners.
• Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Follow the instructions of the trainers and coordinators.Participate actively in group activities and discussions.

Don’ts:

• Avoid criticizing others’work; offer constructive feedback.
• Don’t skip sessions without informing the coordinator.
