About This opportunity
Join hands with us for a transformative Aari Embroidery Training program aimed at
empowering women through skill-building and economic opportunity. This program
isn’t just about embroidery—it’s a platform for creative expression, financial
independence, and social inclusion.
Requirements
To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about women empowerment through skill development.
- Have a keen interest in traditional arts and crafts.
- Are patient, committed, and eager to learn or teach.
- Can contribute time for training sessions and coordination.
- Possess basic stitching skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Do’s and Don’ts
Do’s:
- Be respectful and encouraging toward all learners.
- Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Follow the instructions of the trainers and coordinators.Participate actively in
group activities and discussions.
Don’ts:
- Avoid criticizing others’work; offer constructive feedback.
- Don’t skip sessions without informing the coordinator.
