Requirements

To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about promoting holistic well-being.
• Have an interest in yoga, mindfulness, or self-care practices.
• Exhibit patience, discipline, and a willingness to grow.
• Can commit to the training schedule and support roles.
• Have basic knowledge or openness to yoga principles (preferred but not mandatory).

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Participate fully in the sessions and group activities.
• Follow the guidance of trainers and coordinators.
• Promote a peaceful and inclusive environment.

Don’ts:

• Avoid disruptive or distracted behavior during sessions.
• Do not impose personal beliefs—honor the space for all.
• Refrain from using mobile phones during practice hours.
• Avoid criticism—cultivate encouragement and empathy.
