Requirements

To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about fitness and martial arts.
• Are eager to learn and practice Karate techniques.
• Demonstrate discipline, consistency, and focus.
• Can commit to training sessions and assigned roles.
• Have basic knowledge or interest in Karate (preferred but not mandatory).

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Be disciplined, focused, and respectful at all times.
• Actively participate in warm-ups, drills, and learning.
• Follow instructions from trainers and coordinators.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the training area.

Don’ts:

• Avoid rough behavior or misuse of techniques.
• Do not skip practice without prior notice. Refrain from disrespecting peers, trainers, or volunteers.
