Requirements

To volunteer with us, we’re looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about improving their communication skills.
• Have a willingness to speak and interact with diverse audiences.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn.
• Can commit to the event schedule and assigned responsibilities.
• Have basic knowledge or interest in public speaking (preferred but not mandatory).

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Be punctual, prepared, and proactive in your assigned tasks.
• Respect diverse perspectives and opinions.
• Actively participate and engage with your audience.
• Follow instructions provided by the coordinators.
• Stay open-minded and encourage a supportive environment.

Don’ts:

• Avoid dominating conversations—ensure everyone has a chance to speak.
• Do not deviate from your assigned role without coordinator approval.
• Refrain from negative or discouraging behavior during sessions.
